The scope of delivery of a penetrometer always includes two exchangeable punches. With these punches the firmness of apples, pears, kiwi, nectarines, peaches and apricots can be measured. Optionally the drill stand can be used for better handling.

Place approx. 0.1 ml sample (a few drops) on the measuring prism. Press start button. A moment later the exact result is displayed digitally and temperature compensated. Measuring range: 0 to 53% sugar content.
